She’s built and ran a branding and marketing agency, learning firsthand what it takes to keep a business moving, and what happens when the operations don't keep up with the growth. That experience didn't just teach her about systems. It taught her about people, about pressure, and about what founders actually need when things start to break.
Before Scale Co, she worked as an Operations Manager managing projects, teams, and operations across a range of businesses. But it was a pivotal role working alongside an experienced operations consultant that shaped how she thinks about the work. That's where she was first introduced to the EOS framework a model she still applies and builds on today. She didn't just learn the theory. She implemented it. She saw what worked, what didn't, and why.
