Elizah

Founder & Operations Strategist

Elizah started where most operations professionals don't — running her own business. She’s built and ran a branding and marketing agency, learning firsthand what it takes to keep a business moving, and what happens when the operations don't keep up with the growth. That experience didn't just teach her about systems. It taught her about people, about pressure, and about what founders actually need when things start to break.

Before Scale Co, she worked as an Operations Manager managing projects, teams, and operations across a range of businesses. But it was a pivotal role working alongside an experienced operations consultant that shaped how she thinks about the work. That's where she was first introduced to Traction and the EOS framework — a model she still applies and builds on today. She didn't just learn the theory. She implemented it. She saw what worked, what didn't, and why.

Over 7+ years she moved steadily toward operations not because it was the path of least resistance, but because she saw the gap nobody was filling properly. The tools existed. The frameworks existed. What was missing was someone who could go inside a business, understand it deeply, and build the structure that made it run without the founder at the centre of everything.

She loves systems — not just in business, but in her personal life too. Her mornings are structured. Her weeks are planned. She reads obsessively — business, leadership, and anything that helps her build better operational thinking. She travels when she can. And she shares her life with Ellie, her dog — who taught her something about resilience that no business book ever could.
