Approximately 2–3 hours per week during the core engagement - mostly for check-ins, reviews, and approvals. We work directly with your team for everything else. Week 1 requires one focused diagnostic session of around 90 minutes, and then we take it from there. The whole point is to take things off your plate — not add to them.

Some clients end the engagement and run fully independently. Others engage us for Ops Manager Placement when they're ready to bring ops in-house permanently.
